The analysis is complete. Now comes the more important part: turning the reads into a betting slate without allowing one result to decide the entire week.

UFC 329 offers several strong method-of-victory angles, but it is also a card with enough uncertainty to punish overconfidence. Conor McGregor is returning after five years. Paddy Pimblett is facing relentless pressure but remains dangerous in every grappling exchange. Robert Whittaker is the cleaner technician, yet Nikita Krylov brings size and finishing routes that the market may be undervaluing.

The structure below keeps most of the exposure in singles. Doubles are used to enhance compatible reads, while the longshot parlays remain small enough that they cannot materially damage the slate.

Slate Structure

Core singles: 3.75 units
Doubles: 1.50 units
Hail Mary parlays: 1.00 unit

Core Value Bets

These are the positions carrying the main weight of the slate.

Max Holloway by KO/TKO

Odds: 1.86
Stake: 1.25 units
Potential return: 2.33 units
Potential profit: 1.08 units

McGregor remains dangerous while the fight is controlled and relatively low-volume. The problem is how that advantage holds up once Holloway begins extending the exchanges.

Holloway’s pace, durability and recent activity should become increasingly important after the opening rounds. The moneyline at 1.47 is short for a fight containing this much early uncertainty. The KO/TKO price gives us a better return while still covering the most likely late-fight outcomes.

The bet: Max Holloway by KO/TKO at 1.86.

Paddy Pimblett by Decision

Odds: 5.50
Stake: 1.00 unit
Potential return: 5.50 units
Potential profit: 4.50 units

Saint Denis has produced excellent historical takedown and control numbers, but those statistics are not opponent-adjusted.

Pimblett is a far more dangerous grappler than many of the fighters Saint Denis has previously controlled. Paddy can attack during scrambles, create reversals and force Saint Denis to work for every positional minute.

The opening round may belong to the favourite’s pressure. The value lies in Paddy surviving that phase and turning the later rounds into a more competitive contest.

At 5.50, the decision market only needs to land a little over 18% of the time to break even.

The bet: Paddy Pimblett by decision at 5.50.

Nikita Krylov to Win and Fight Not to Go the Distance

Odds: 3.30
Stake: 0.75 units
Potential return: 2.48 units
Potential profit: 1.73 units

Whittaker is the cleaner striker and the more accomplished fighter, but Krylov brings a matchup that is difficult to reduce to technical striking alone.

He has the larger frame, longer reach and far more active grappling profile. If Krylov wins, there is a strong chance the decisive moment arrives through either damage or a submission sequence.

The Bet Builder covers both finishing routes without forcing us to choose between Krylov by KO/TKO and Krylov by submission.

The bet: Nikita Krylov to win and the fight not to go the distance at 3.30.

Cory Sandhagen by Decision

Odds: 2.70
Stake: 0.75 units
Potential return: 2.03 units
Potential profit: 1.28 units

Bautista should make this competitive. His pressure, clinch work and takedown activity can force Sandhagen to fight while moving backwards.

Sandhagen still has more ways to create the cleaner moments.

His range, stance changes and ability to score while moving should allow him to separate enough close rounds. The market already expects the fight to reach the scorecards, so the decision price is a better expression of the read than the shorter moneyline.

The bet: Cory Sandhagen by decision at 2.70.

Doubles

These are secondary positions. They enhance the strongest reads without replacing the singles.

Holloway KO/TKO + Yanez KO/TKO

Combined odds: 3.46
Stake: 0.75 units
Potential return: 2.60 units
Potential profit: 1.85 units

Both selections are based on a similar fight shape.

Holloway should become increasingly dangerous as McGregor’s output falls. Yanez has the reach, volume and knockdown profile to punish Garbrandt if the fight develops into the extended boxing exchange Garbrandt has too often accepted.

The individual reads remain more important. The double simply adds upside if both finishing angles land.

Sandhagen Moneyline + Tracy Cortez Moneyline

Sandhagen moneyline: 1.74
Cortez moneyline: 1.90
Combined odds: 3.31
Stake: 0.75 units
Potential return: 2.48 units
Potential profit: 1.73 units

This double asks two very different fighters to win in their preferred way.

Sandhagen should have the cleaner and more varied striking across three rounds, while Cortez has the wrestling and control profile to interrupt Wang Cong’s rhythm.

Neither moneyline is especially attractive on its own. Combined, they create a more useful secondary position without adding further Holloway exposure.

Hail Mary Parlays

These are deliberately small-stake, high-upside positions. They are not required for the slate to succeed.

Late Holloway and Paddy Value Double

  • Max Holloway by KO/TKO in round four at 9.50
  • Paddy Pimblett by decision at 5.50

Combined odds: 52.25
Stake: 0.50 units
Potential return: 26.13 units
Potential profit: 25.63 units

The logic is straightforward.

Holloway’s most likely finishing period appears to come after McGregor has been forced to work through several rounds. Paddy’s value lies in the fight becoming more competitive once Saint Denis’ early pressure begins to settle.

Both outcomes are highly specific, which is why the stake remains small.

Chaos and Control Treble

  • Terrance McKinney by submission at 3.75
  • Kai Kamaka III by decision at 4.90
  • Alessandro Costa by KO/TKO at 3.00

Combined odds: 55.13
Stake: 0.25 units
Potential return: 13.78 units
Potential profit: 13.53 units

This is a genuine longshot rather than a short method treble dressed up as one.

McKinney has multiple early finishing routes, but the submission price gives us a better return than backing his more obvious knockout path. Kamaka’s route is built around experience, wrestling and positional control. Costa’s clearest path against Durden is to punish the takedown entries and finish before the wrestling begins accumulating.

All three outcomes are plausible. The chance of all three landing is naturally low, which is exactly why the combined price belongs in the Hail Mary section.

Underdog Decision Longshot

  • Kai Kamaka III by decision at 4.90
  • Tracy Cortez by decision at 2.30
  • Paddy Pimblett by decision at 5.50

Combined odds: 61.99
Stake: 0.25 units
Potential return: 15.50 units
Potential profit: 15.25 units

This is the most speculative position on the slate.

All three selections rely on the market underrating a fighter’s ability to win positional minutes rather than produce a finish. Kamaka’s wrestling, Cortez’s control and Paddy’s late-fight competitiveness each provide a credible decision route.

The combined probability is naturally low. The 0.25-unit stake reflects that.

Final Take

The strongest bet on the slate is Max Holloway by KO/TKO at 1.86.

The most interesting value position is Paddy Pimblett by decision at 5.50. It carries more variance, but the price properly compensates for the risk.

The Krylov Bet Builder provides the clearest underdog finishing angle, while Sandhagen by decision gives us a more controlled way to back the superior long-range striker.

The doubles enhance the slate without making it overly dependent on one fighter. The Hail Marys now offer genuine upside, rather than risking units for returns that do not justify the added difficulty.

Most importantly, the slate does not depend on one parlay landing. The singles remain capable of producing a profitable night even when one or more supporting positions fail.

That is the purpose of the structure.
